If you’re 16 or above and registered to a GP in North East Lincolnshire, we offer free access to treatments that can help you to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing. It’s not always easy to seek help. But it’s never been more important to look after our own wellbeing. As a teacher, you have access to free, fast tracked mental health and wellbeing support. We're on hand 24 hours a day to offer guidance on any pandemic-related anxiety you may be struggling with, including stress and anxiety as well as isolation and loneliness due to social distancing regulations. We can also signpost and support on a range of other mental health issues including depression, suicidal thoughts and self-harm.
